AGREEMENT OF SALE
Please read carefully - by placing an order with SkullShieldz you are accepting our Terms & Conditions.
SkullShieldz is the service provider; it is also referred to as "SkullShieldz", "SkullShieldz.com", "SkullShieldz.com.au", "us" and "we".
Customer is the person or organization who purchases or seeks services from SkullShieldz; it is also referred to as "you".
The use of this site is governed by the TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT OF SALE set out below. Your use of this site or purchase from SkullShieldz indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
SkullShieldz reserves the right to make changes to this web site and these terms and conditions at any time without any prior notice.
PLACING ORDERS
All orders placed are subject to acceptance and confirmation by SkullShieldz.
SkullShieldz may vary prices for received orders in the event of price changes. We will advise you if this is the case.
Quantity in stock does not take into account for orders already placed which have not yet been processed. It is possible that an order submitted earlier will receive the allocation of the part in which the quantity for it showed as in stock at the time of your order. Inventory discrepancy can also affect the accuracy of the stock status displayed on our web site.
Any attempt to cancel an order must be made as soon as possible. Cancellations attempted after the dispatching will result in the customer having to pay the shipping and handling costs on the package and the cost of shipping the package back to SkullShieldz.
Cancellations must be communicated by email.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders by their nature are one of a kind and made to your specifications. Please proof check spelling & artwork very carefully before submitting order, SkullShieldz can offer no guarantee or refund/return to custom orders once the order is made due to mistake made by the customer. We will do our best to identify errors and contact you for confirmation before order is run.
Custom products are made to order and may take up to a minimum of 10 business days to be made, we will try our best to contact the customer if lead times are likely to exceed this time frame.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
SkullShieldz ships to Australia. For all other countries, please contact us prior to ordering. SkullShieldz will take no responsibility for goods once those goods leave Australia. All international orders must be paid with either Paypal or direct deposit.
PAYMENT FOR ORDERS WITHIN AUSTRALIA
For online orders being shipped within, and paid for within Australia, accepted payments include credit cards (Visa/Master card ONLY), Paypal & Direct Deposit. If paying via direct deposit from a non-Australian bank account, please ensure all fees and charges applicable to the payment are covered over and above the order total. SkullShieldz does not take responsibility for fees & charges applicable outside our control and orders will not be released/dispatched if full payment is not received.
SHIPPING
We do not ship to addresses unless the address is known and can be verified by SkullShieldz and Auspost.
Customers are responsible for paying any freight charges incurred by refused shipment and unclaimed products. SkullShieldz will make every effort to deliver on time but is not responsible for shipping times once order is dispatched to shipping provider.
Customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to sign for and accept the delivery if signature is required. Cost for re-delivery attempts may be passed to the customers if the delivery address is not attended at time of delivery.
DISCLAIMER
Due to changing markets and other circumstances that affect product price stability and availability, we reserve the right to withdraw any product we advertise and change prices without notice.
Information contained within the web pages and in our database is believed to be accurate and reliable at the time of publishing.
There may be human errors, stock errors, misprints and omissions. We reserve the right to make changes and corrections in prices, products, and specifications without notice.
If you find anything unusual in regards to pricing, sizing or colours of products please contact us before placing your order and we will investigate further.

SkullShieldz will not be responsible for damages that may occur to property or vehicles due to installation of our products, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure appropriate installation for their individual situation.
Return and Refund Policy
Returns for refund will only be accepted within 7 days of you receiving the goods. Returned goods must be in its original condition. Shipping and handling cost are not refundable. This return for refund policy is applicable for change of mind on non-custom orders only. Shipping fees involved in returning goods due to change of mind are to be paid by the customer.
Any incorrect, missing or damaged items received must be reported to SkullShieldz within 24 hours of you receiving the delivery.
Any attempt to use the incorrect item will be deemed to be acceptance by the customer of the item(s) as a satisfactory substitute for the one that was ordered and no further claim can be raised afterwards.
SkullShieldz owns the title of any extra goods shipped with your order that have been dispatched in error.
Custom made goods can not be returned due to change of mind as they are specific to your request and cannot be resold. You, the customer takes full responsibility for proofing your order request, we will do our best to identify mistakes and contact you if we believe amendment is required.
WARRANTY
All goods sold by SkullShieldz come with a warranty to be free from any defects or faults. This warranty is not transferable.
Goods under warranty cover will be replaced or repaired by the manufacturer. No refund can be provided under any circumstances.
Warranty only covers the item(s) sold by SkullShieldz.
If returned items are determined by SkullShieldz to not be faulty, then all return shipping fees will be worn by the customer. We will seek the permission from the customer to charge this cost to the customer's credit card where possible. Failing this, the goods will be sent back by Australia Post COD freight collected.
All warrantees are voided if returned product is found in any way to be modified, misinstalled, abused, tampered or physically damaged.
Please attach a copy of the original invoice or original invoice number. A fault description sheet must be sent together with the returned warranty goods.
Customer is responsible for any shipping and insurance cost involved in sending the warranty claim goods back to SkullShieldz, if deemed faulty, a refund to the customer for return shipping costs may be possible.
SkullShieldz is not responsible for any parcel missing in transit, on its return back to us.
